I joined CIB — Egypt's largest private bank — as their very first designer. No system, no process, no brief. Just an engineering team and millions of Egyptians who deserved better.

I spent two years building from scratch — the design function, the systems, the culture of research. Then Valeo, the global automotive giant: a design system across twelve product lines and a digital transformation that saved $2M a year. Then Dubai — and I never stopped asking: what does this person actually need?

Today I lead design at Beyond ONE across MENA. I'm targeting roles where design shapes the product — not just polishes it.
